What is your Return Policy for General Merchandise?
Your satisfaction is our goal. All of the products on The Music Motel have been carefully screened and selected by our staff, and we have made every effort to detail each item as clearly as possible in our product descriptions. If you are not satisfied with an item you receive it may be returned within 30 days of delivery for exchange, store credit, or a full refund of the product cost (domestic US customers only).
When returning a product you may request to exchange the item for another product or identical replacement item, receive a store credit, or request a refund, unless it is a non-returnable item. When procedures are properly followed there are no restocking fees.
Items must be returned in unused condition and in the original packing carton, complete with all materials, blank registration cards, manuals and showing no sign of wear or abuse. In the event that the product is not in unused condition you may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee, a repair charge, or the Return may be disallowed at our sole discretion.
Credit card returns are issued a credit for the purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
You must contact us prior to returning the item to obtain a Return Authorization number and the proper return-shipping address.
The Return item must be shipped to us prepaid and insured within 30 days of your receipt of the shipment. Returned items shipped after the 30-day period, or returned without a Return Authorization may be refused or charged a minimum 25% restocking fee.
